What Is The Next Phase?

Many claim that humanity is about to enter a new phase of
existence. All over the world the wicked and the wise are waxing
poetical about the imminence of a new golden age or a new dark
age (it varies). Some say it will commence in that much mentioned
year 2012. Some say it will come between the Yorkshire pudding
and the trifle but what everyone is agreed on is that things will
be different in some way: different either by a lot or by not
very much and possibly some things won't be different.

After a vision brought on by standing up too quickly, I can now
reveal the precise nature of the next phase of human evolution.
What then do we have to look forward to?

The Next Phase will be ...

a) A bit like the last phase but with more dairy products and
fewer elastic bands.

b) A lot like the current phase but with less money and more
plausible excuses.

c) A bit like an old man scratching his head, wondering if he took
the wrong turn.

It is with these facts in mind that we anticipate the arrival of
the next phase. Whatever the truth may be, I hope you all have a
less frustrating time than I have had so far.

Now you can read the story or go straight to the songs or get
violent with an egg plant and blame the medication.
